When you receive funding from us, we want you to shout about it from the rooftops - to do this you’ll need Sport England and National Lottery branding to do this.
Thanks to National Lottery players and the Exchequer, we're able to help people play sport and take part in physical activity by investing in thousands of charities, community and voluntary groups each year.
If your project is supported by The National Lottery, it’s really important that people involved with your project see and understand that it’s supported by players of The National Lottery.
We ask that you publicly announce your award and thank National Lottery players for their support.
Things to consider
Once you've successfully secured funding, you should share the good news with your local community. There are several ways you can do this such as using social media, writing an article for your local newspaper or contacting your elected Member of Parliament.
All funding recipients must publicly acknowledge the support that they have received.
We ask you to think about what method of communication will work best for the project you are delivering and the audiences you are working with.
Once your project is complete, we will ask you to share examples of how you promoted your project. Further details of how you can do this can be found below.
